We’re almost a week into the 31 Days of German Riesling, the nationwide celebration of Germany’s King of grapes, that sweeps through independent merchants, restaurants and wine bars every July! Throughout the month there will be promotions, offers and events lined up to celebrate this fantastic grape variety and, with over 200 sites taking part in the UK, there will definitely be something for everyone to enjoy.

Discover Riesling Regions with a flight at The Solent Cellar

Saturday 13th July – 11am-7pm

Our friends at The Solent Cellar in Lymington will be guiding you through different styles of Riesling from the regions of the Mosel, Nahe and Rheinhessen with their all-day Riesling flight on 13th July! From 11am-7pm pop into the store to learn why Riesling is such a versatile grape while munching on cheese and charcuterie chosen to accompany the wines. 

Get into the tasting rooms at the VineKing

Join VineKing, and their love of Riesling, in the tasting rooms in Reigate, Surrey. Here they’ll be focusing on Riesling and other German wines throughout July as well as offering some excellent Rieslings by the glass!
