Deutscher Wein
German wine without a protected indication of origin. Must be made exclusively from German grapes and come from approved vineyards and grape varieties. In comparison to other wine producing countries, only small amounts of this quality are produced. Together with Landwein, it makes up about five percent of German wine production.
