Trockenbeerenauslese
The last (and highest) ripeness level in the Prädikat system after Beerenauslese. These are high quality, very complex wines that are very sweet, but balanced by high acidity. (See Prädikatswein)
Trollinger
German synonym for Vernatsch, a red grape variety. Wines are usually light and fruity, Trollinger is only grown in the Württemberg wine region in Germany.
